The sections below contain the full legal terms governing your use of sk555. The following cards highlight the most important points but do not replace the complete text.

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for your own account and are not acting under instruction from any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion order.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of sk555, nor a close family member of any such person.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). sk555 supports local mobile financial services (MFS) for all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit set by sk555, though your MFS provider may apply their own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Deposits are credited to your sk555 balance within seconds of MFS confirmation. In cases of network delay, allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to an MFS account registered in the same name as your sk555 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or where cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold set by sk555. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID card and a selfie for verification.
• Withdrawal processing is typically completed within minutes under normal conditions. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is needed.
• sk555 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All bets placed and games played on the Platform are governed by the specific rules for that bet type or game, as displayed within the Platform at the time the bet is placed or the game is launched. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or bet rule, the specific rule shall prevail with respect to that game or bet only.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets include pre-match and in-play markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures), tennis, football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet. sk555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result had already been determined at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation.

Casino and Other Games

Casino games including live casino, slots, crash games, and table games are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and PG Soft. The rules, RTP percentages, and maximum payout limits for each game are set by the respective provider and are accessible within the game interface. All game results are determined by certified RNG systems and sk555 does not modify game outcomes.

• In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, the game provider's server logs constitute the definitive record of the game state and any resulting payout.
• Maximum payout limits per game session may apply. Where a maximum payout limit is reached, winnings above that limit will not be credited. Applicable limits are displayed within each game.
• sk555 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or other cheating. Any funds obtained through exploitation will be recovered from the player's account.

sk555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Suspension Pending Investigation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. sk555 will endeavour to complete any investigation promptly and will notify the Player of the outcome via the contact details registered on the account. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting sk555 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

All content on the Platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the arrangement and selection thereof, is the property of sk555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to sk555 or any third-party licensor.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of sk555, except where such activity is an ordinary and necessary part of using the Platform for its intended purpose.

sk555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sk555 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure credential storage, and access controls limiting who within the organisation can access personal data. sk555 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. sk555 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through its internal complaints procedure before any external process is initiated.

To submit a complaint, please contact sk555 customer support with full details. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, sk555 will advise you of any alternative resolution options available.
